Who can join?

Tendersall is a business-to-business platform. Companies, merchants and tradespeople can join; there is no membership for individual consumers.

What do I need to submit bids?

After signing up, upload the documents required for your company type and wait for verification to complete. Your company profile must also be at least 80% complete.

How long does verification take?

If your documents are complete, verification usually takes less than 15 minutes.

What is AISHA, and does it publish my tender on its own?

AISHA is an AI assistant that turns your need into a specification. No tender is published without your approval.

What is the difference between a reverse auction and a sealed tender?

In a reverse auction, bidder names are hidden but prices compete live. In a sealed tender, bids stay hidden until the deadline; each company sees only its own bid.

Is my bid binding?

Yes. Bids are valid and binding for the period stated in the tender. Details are in the B2B User and Membership Agreement. Read the agreement

Who can see my specifications and bids?

Only authorised companies taking part in the tender. All members accept the Platform Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Read the NDA

Are payment and delivery handled on the platform?

No. Tendersall connects buyers and suppliers; payment, invoicing and delivery are handled between the parties.
